Electrical Maintenance Technician at ManpowerGroup in Washington, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

 Join our team at a manufacturing facility in Washington, Pennsylvania, where high-performance materials meet high-performance individuals. We're seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to ensure continuous production by maintaining equipment and systems to meet production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance on various equipment and systems, including motors, controls, power supplies, PLC's, hydraulics/pneumatics, etc.
• Implement process improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues, install, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic systems.
• Follow safety practices and rules, conduct preventative and emergency maintenance.
• Use standard and specialized tools for assessment and troubleshooting.
• Interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and follow written instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of projects and participate in daily meetings.
• Operate forklifts, man lifts, cranes, etc.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Three years of experience in electrical system and machine maintenance in manufacturing or an Associate's Degree in an electrical-related discipline.

Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
