Assist with oversight of all departmental initiatives such as maintaining DAAA goals in alignment with the Keep abreast of emerging models in health care delivery. Assist with quality improvement initiatives while maintaining certifications as outlined by accreditation Assist with analytics, key performance indicators, and development which will provide quality measures to ensure successful audit Ongoing assessment of staff training needs that will improve quality Ability to administer clerical home and community-based services. Ensure policies and procedures are being adhered Monitor long term care departmental outcomes and report Maintain participants satisfaction by addressing and investigating concerns in a timely Assures employee compliance with Perform other duties as
