Job Description:

HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a leading-edge technology startup focusing on AR/VR hardware optics, in the search for a Sales Director. Established in August 2022, the company has garnered substantial global funding and operates with a robust team of industry experts. As a Sales Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving market development and sales strategies for sales in North America region.


Position: Sales Director
Type: Full-Time; Direct Hire
Location: Remote; travel required per business needs
Pay Range: DOE


Responsibilities:

  • Understand XR products and technological innovation, possess a global perspective, strategic thinking, acute insight, and foresight.

  • Establish customer pipeline, maintain customer relationships, and cultivate key customers.

  • Understand and grasp the true needs of important customers

  • Coordinating business negotiations with target customers, and achieving good sales goals & business results.

  • Conduct research & data analysis on industry trend, consumer needs, etc.

  • Formulate sales strategies and improve sales performance.

  • Help optimize overall company strategies, tactics, and product solutions.

  • Have a vision beyond the sales position, consider issues from the company's perspective, do not be shortsighted, and do not be solely sales-oriented.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above

  • Thrive in start-up environment; believing in the long-term returns of entrepreneurial endeavors.

  • Have a book of business for XR industry customers.

  • Successful experience in the consumer electronics industry,

  • Team management experience is a PLUS

  • Possess certain market analysis and judgment capabilities, as well as the ability to analyze customers and competitors.

  • Sharp business acumen, rich account management experience.

  • Results-oriented, global perspective, and proactive thinking.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to coordinate with the team to achieve project goals.

  • Self-driven, unwilling to settle, assertive, willing to take on responsibilities outside the comfort zone.

  • Mandarin speaking is a PLUS

  • Experience working with multi-cultural companies is a PLUS.
