Organize and scan terminated employee files to Hurlock share drive.
Job Description review and/or update.
Assist with presentation development.
Create Dept. records (e.g. procedures, checklists, charts, graphs); in conjunction with policies, procedures, SOP’s.
Develop new ideas based on department and company need. Participate on/with other Dept Projects as defined.
Participates in Internal Audit Walks
Assists in walk-through of the manufacturing Facility.
Minimum Formal Education:
Senior HS Student participating in Work Based Learning Program
Eligible to work in the United States
Skills and Abilities
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read SOPs and Specifications
Proven attention to detail
Exceptional follow-up and proven time management
Ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely and consistently
Maintain a positive attitude
Ability to problem solve effectively
Ability to be self-motivated with a focus for continuous process improvement
