As a Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst, you'll have a key role in strategically handling our real estate portfolio. Your responsibilities will include conducting financial analysis to support investment decisions on new center development. This is an opportunity for you to give as a valuable business partner, applying both qualitative and quantitative data to develop insightful analyses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop thorough and well-documented pro forma models for new centers

  • Analyze market variables and existing portfolio financials to develop inputs for pro forma models

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive financial decision making

  • Present your analysis in a concise and easy-to-understand format

  • Share your analytical perspective with key decision makers

  • Facilitate meetings with essential team members to discuss analysis assumptions and assess potential risks and opportunities

  • Develop and deliver presentations outlining the benefits of proposed initiatives to senior leaders

  • Maintain and upgrade real estate investment models

  • Support the broader growth strategy by developing and analyzing new business models

  • Analyze market demographics, city planning initiatives, competition, and other market factors to identify growth opportunities

  • Apply commonly used investment metrics (NPV, IRR, etc.) for financial modeling.

  • Maintain regular reports on the performance of the real estate portfolio

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or field required; MBA degree preferred

  • 2-5 years of experience in finance or real estate investment analysis required

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and sophisticated modeling

  • Experience in analyzing the real estate market and using data

  • Strong understanding of analysis, cash-flow modeling concepts, and investment metrics

  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and prioritize deadlines

  • Strong skills and ability to propose solutions

  • Displaying a proactive and inquisitive approach to drive business success

  • Excellent communication skills to convey financial concepts
