The Head of Enterprise Change Management, (ECM) will lead a newly established team, within the CAO organization, responsible for the governance, monitoring and ensuring execution across our operating plans, guiding the organization through execution of its strategic priorities. Our operating plans encapsulates the initiatives critical to achieving our financial and non-financial organizational objectives. This function is designed to enhance our ability to prioritize, execute, and monitor these strategic initiatives efficiently, ensuring alignment with our broader goals and responding to changing business dynamics. ECM will govern programs of work that are of strategic importance to the organization; having a significant, direct impact on the achievement of key strategic objectives and/or impact the Enterprise, covering priority investments; revenue generating; client support; productivity generating and regulatory. The role will be responsible to monitoring the progress and success of our global regulatory commitments ensuring those accountable, across the Enterprise, are on track for submission, assisting in raising issues for timely resolution and providing key updates into the Executive Committee. The person will lead a team of highly specialized program managers/officers who will be responsible for providing oversight and monitoring of the strategic programs of work, working with each business and function, as accountable owners, to assist in the monitoring, cross function dependencies, alignment and updates to defined tollgates, working with the Strategy team to ensure alignment to our operating plan commitments and outcomes and will specifically.

Tracking the performance of the initiative/program through regular, consistent metrics
Ensuring tollgates are established to ensure on track execution and to provide early warning indicators of potential issues impacting progress
To ensure that adoption and adherence to a defined set of standard project artefacts / governance are implemented across the programs, including integrated plans, risks and issues, change control and status reporting
Providing reporting to the Executive Committee on a regular basis on the health of the portfolio
Executing a newly created Enterprise Change Management Committee to track progress and outcomes aligned to operating plans
The role will also require liaison across our three lines of defense to ensure continual alignment, especially in relation to our regulatory commitments.
Experience:
Extensive, in-depth relevant experience in program management, including experience of leading multi-year, cross-functional or enterprise-wide programs.
An exceptional understanding of standards-based program management and business analysis practices (Agile/Six-Sigma/Lean), with demonstrable skills in program and project management tools and methodologies
Strong project planning skills and expertise in large, complex program management, across multiple work-streams; releases and complex data migrations
An extensive background in executing change; understanding of the regulatory landscape and emerging themes
Capability to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close on multiple cross-organisational projects concurrently, working with multiple project teams; releases with extensive release management techniques
Own reporting requirements to global executives and committees, co-chair of the appropriate governance forums, including frequent ad hoc, short notice, and tailored reporting demands including those to our global regulators
Ability to manage challenging stakeholders, delivery of difficult messages and pro-actively managing effective communication
Lead and influence global cross-functional teams whose priorities may not always align to the assigned project and reach a shared understanding to ensure progress is maintained
Exceptional communication skills and relationship management capabilities, able to communicate with all levels of the organisation effectively
Relevant regulated financial service expertise, with an understanding of challenges of running a large scale transformation programs
Commercially astute driver able to navigate challenging environments
Passion for finding better ways of working and comfortable challenging even those more senior
Collaborate across all three lines of defense to manage and report on processes; including a significant need to ensure their requirements are understood and managed through the lifecycle of the project

Salary Range: $225,000 - $337,500 Annual
