Our client is seeking a IT Leader in Winter Garden, FL / Hybrid.


Role Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leader for our IT department. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the transition from QuickBooks to Business Central, creating a strategy for data management, and providing network design and support in a Windows-based environment.
• Transition Management: Lead the transition from QuickBooks to Microsoft Business Central, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Data Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for how the company gathers, stores, and utilizes data. This includes ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Network Design and Support: Oversee the design, implementation, and support of the company's network infrastructure. Ensure the network is robust, secure, and able to support the company's operations effectively.
• Software Management: Manage the use of Microsoft Office and a custom-built application, ensuring they meet the company's needs and are used effectively.
• Lead and manage the IT initiatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.


Skills & Requirements


• Proven experience as an IT leader in a small environment utilizing Windows
• Strong experience with IT Transformations and application implementations
• Experience with Network design and support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (App Dynamics), Quickbooks, Microsoft Office products, and Windows Operation Systems
• Understanding of financial systems and data flow
• Business Central Implementation experience
• Experience in the agriculture / organics space
• Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
