The first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U! TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Warehouse Supervisor located in Fort Worth Tx. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:1. Directs all daily activities of the Warehouse Department and Warehouse Employees. 2. Manages the efficient disbursement of raw materials to Manufacturing through Kitting. 3. Ensures receiving and put away processes are conducted per guidelines. 4. Ensures material issuing process is conducted per guidelines. 5. Ensures Manufacturing kits, Field Kits, refurbishment kits and modification kits schedule is conducted per Master plan. 6. Point of Use and Material Requisitions. 7. Audits Kitting Process and Material Requisitions for internal On Time Delivery and Accuracy to Manufacturing. 8. Ensures cycle count variation adjustments are conducted per guidelines. 9. Supports FPR coordinator and Cycle count specialist as needed. 10. Improves Warehouse efficiency by analyzing and planning Manufacturing Material Requirements, Warehouse Work Flow and Warehouse Space Requirements. 11. Teamwork - Create teamwork atmosphere through excellent communication and respect for people with peers and manufacturing department. Provides proactive follow-up of the safe performance of their employees' duties. • Warehouse/Manufacturing environment, working and walking around moving equipment and on concrete flooring • Limited time spent in an office environment • Non-air conditioned and limited heated environment
