Most of all, you'll be extremely skilled at juggling multiple projects and stakeholders at once while ensuring high-quality deliverables within fast timelines.

    • Help lead operational and financial performance of account teams, delivering quality work and effective processes and ensuring that client requests are handled in a timely and strategic fashion.

    • Drive the development of launch strategies for consumer products

    • Oversee the development of product messaging and executive talking points for launches

    • Liaise with colleagues across specialties and disciplines to successfully complete integrated projects

    • Research trends to proactively counsel clients on their messaging and engagement in topics

    • Demonstrate very advanced writing skills and supervise writing of others

    • Lead junior staff by mentoring, motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback, holding them accountable, conducting reviews, and overseeing their professional development

    • Lead new business development, RFP responses, and client acquisitions

Qualifications:

    • Have at least five years' experience in communications or public relations, preferably in an agency setting

    • Have at least one-two years of experience working in the corporate communications space, preferably with technology clients

    • Have relationships with tech, business, and lifestyle media (relationships with tech YouTubers a plus)

    • Excellent storytelling skills, and ability to provide sound, level-appropriate media counsel with all levels of client contacts

    • Have a deep understanding of and track record of working on product-focused launch strategies

    • Have managed the budgets and team on sizable pieces of business to achieve client goals

    • Have written strategic media plans and a variety of media materials with limited oversight

    • Willingness to travel (within the US and internationally)

    • Proven account management and team leadership skills

    • Keen interest and high awareness of current events and pop culture

    • Solutions-oriented and collaborative mindset

$79,000 - $115,000 a year

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
