Position Summary:


- Provides professional administrative support for FacultySupport Services and Academic Services. Provide excellent customer service anddisseminates relevant information to faculty, students, prospective students,and campus guests, Organize and carry out tasks, such as answering phones andvoice mail, filing, and completing administrative tasks as assigned. Provideunit specific support as designated by supervisor.

Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Required:

-Associate Degree or High School Diploma/GED and equivalent experience
-Must have one (1) year customer service experience





Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:

Strong organizational,interpersonal, communications, analytical and customer services skills arerequired. Must be able to multi-task and perform scheduling and data processingfunctions. Possess knowledge of database organization and functions. Proficientin the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.





Preferred:


-Bachelor's degree
-Two years of experience working in a higher education environment preferred.
- Knowledge of Banner student enrollment and registration system and Slate CRMsystems
