We are hiring for a HR Implementation Specialist to lead the transition from Paychex to Paycor. Must have hands on experience with an HRIS implementation!
Job Duties/Description:
Collaborate with leadership and internal technical teams to enhance processes, document changes, create solutions, & ensure user adoption.
Communicate with Paycor representatives to ensure a smooth transition
Attend internal meetings. provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
Help with system forms in HR modules related to payroll, ATS, employee file management,
Provide support to end users and act as a subject matter expert on Paycor functionality
Must have hands on experience with an HRIS implementation (Paycor would be IDEAL but is not a must)
Experience writing, implementing, and managing the messaging around HR policies and procedures regarding the new HRIS system is highly desired
Change management experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
Additional Info:
Pay: $65,000 to $75,000 (31.25 to 36.06 hourly)
Schedule: 8am - 4:30 pm M-F (Approx.)
Type: Long-term contract (7-9 months approx.)
