SAK Construction is one of the fastest growing pipeline rehabilitation and tunneling contractors in the U.S. We are seeking an Administrative Equipment Coordinator to join our team in O’Fallon, MO. The Administrative Equipment Coordinator has primary responsibility to ensure required equipment/vehicle paperwork is maintained per departmental/organizational expectations. Responsibilities:

• Ensure necessary equipment/vehicle purchase paperwork is obtained and completed in a timely manner.
• File, organize and distribute correct vehicle paperwork to all drivers and regions within the company.
• Interacts with vendors and other departmental customers both internally and externally.
• General data entry
• Conduct monthly audits to ensure accurate GPS inventory maintenance.
• Complete and distribute various departmental and organizational reports within designated time frames.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with the titling of vehicles and equipment (preferred)
• Valid Driver's license and insurance
• Knowledge of various Microsoft Office programs including Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail
