Job Summary:


The Real Estate Sr. Manager will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and implementation of regional branch openings, moves, and expansions. The Sr. Manager will assist the Real Estate Department and consult with the regional field point of contact to develop the project plan, including monitoring of project budget, scope, and schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time to avoid lost revenue due to delayed office openings or moves, as well as adherence to all corporate policies, guidelines, and requirements.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and implementation of regional branch openings, moves, and expansions.
  • Assist the Real Estate Department and consult with the regional field point of contact to develop the project plan, including monitoring of project budget, scope, and schedules.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time to avoid lost revenue due to delayed office openings or moves, as well as adherence to all corporate policies, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Ability to assess, report and escalate risk to delivering a project on-time and within budget
  • Engage in multiple projects at a time (typically 5 - 10) of various size and scope.
  • Update and distribute a weekly Project Status Report.
  • Evaluate, engage, and manage costs for project vendors, including movers, furniture, signage, technology, and telephone services providers.
  • Work with local and regional operations teams to identify workspace requirements, including the development of space plans and the selection of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E's).
  • Review Volt's requirements and documentation as required by the lease, including coordination of requests for tenant reimbursements, receipted bills, lien waivers, construction change-orders, and other contractual compliance requirements.
  • Ability to arrive to work at a specified time.
  • Attendance is an essential function of the job.

Qualifications:


Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2+ years experience working with corporate/commercial real estate and/or customer relationship management
Knowledge & Skills:

  • Effectively communicate in writing.
  • Effectively communicate verbally in person and by telephone.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, and experience with project tracking systems and databases required.
  • Ability to read construction documents and drawings required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or developing space plans preferred, including familiarity with furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes.
  • Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
  • Adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Prioritize concurrent projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail and accountability for accuracy.
  • Ability to interact at various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to organize data and thoughts verbally and on paper.
  • Work efficiently and independently in a dynamic environment.

Pay Range: Between $128,000- $142,000 per year

(Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.)
