Job Description:

 At MasTec Advanced Technologies, Field Technicians are responsible for providing and installing advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation. They play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by recommending and setting up the best technologies to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable technologies.
• Install and set up home technologies accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with the installed systems.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest technologies to provide the best solutions.
• Work independently in various environments, both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
• Adhere to safety standards and manufacturer's requirements while working with equipment and climbing ladders.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders up to 36 feet, kneeling, bending, etc.
• Maintain flexibility in work schedules, including weekends and evenings.

Make $22 an hour or more
