Responsibilities
Manage specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence
Credential providers at local hospitals
Handle legal correspondence
Serve as Administrative Assistant to CEO, President, and executive team
Handle and coordinate calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Keep inventory, order office supplies, liaise with vendors
Ensure well-organized files and records
Provide support for special projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
2-4 years experience in a professional environment, healthcare experience desired but not required
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ideal candidate will be formal, conscientious, precise
Able to work effectively against deadlines with a preference for detailed, specialized work
Able to work in the office five days a week during normal business hours
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace
