Responsibilities:
Create documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations. Proofread and edit for accuracy
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, coordinated conferences and appointments
Coordinate travel and accommodations
Review bill for accuracy and prepare for clients
Update and maintain client files, including organizing firm's document management system
Reconcile and submit attorney expenses
Maintain attorney contacts and manage CRM system
Process client intake forms
Manage communication, record messages, and respond to inquiries
Assist with probate administration paperwork, including court petitions, orders, deeds, etc. and assist with post-death non-probate administration
Coordinate probate court filings and recordings
Assist with preparing gift tax, estate tax, and fiduciary income tax returns
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Min HS Diploma or GED
Advanced in MS Office Suite
5+ years of legal admin experience
Knowledge in probate administration and estate planning
