To meet, greet and direct internal clients and external clients as required
To present and deliver a polished service to clients at all times
To ensure the efficient booking and utilization of the conference rooms
To ensure that calls to the switchboard are answered and directed in a prompt, efficient and professional manner
To take concise and accurate messages on behalf of internal/external clients and ensure that they are passed on promptly and clearly
To assist clients with other business services as required; scanning, faxing, photo copying and travel arrangements including taxi bookings and hotel reservations
To ensure maintenance issues are promptly communicated to the relevant department
To closely liaise with other support departments to ensure a seamless service is given at all times
Assists with other duties and special projects, as assigned
Must be bilingual (Spanish/ English)
