*PM must be in on-site in Richmond, Virginia 2 days a week
The projects consist of new construction and renovation of administration buildings/facilities. This is Brick & Mortar construction. - They do NOT build any linear projects, substations, or power stations.
General Contractor Project Manager experience preferred
The Project Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have at least 5 years of this PM experience
