The Client:Our client is a foreign-owned global manufacturer with U.S. operations exceeding $1B in annual revenue. This Tax Manager position will be responsible for Tax compliance for their U.S. business.
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ - Hybrid - 3-4 days in office.
Position: Tax Manager
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with our external Tax consulting firms in the preparation of the U.S. Federal Income tax return as well as, quarterly income tax provisions.
Review outside CPA firms provision calculations for accuracy and completeness, process the quarterly provision payments and maintain all supporting documentation
Work closely with Controller for tax account reconciliations
Responsible for sales, use and payroll tax compliance
Ensure that AP department is getting necessary information to set up vendors to receive 1099s at year end, work cross-functionally with AP and Payroll teams on tax issues
Work with Global Tax director on Transfer Pricing strategies
Subject matter expert for new Federal and State tax law changes for income and indirect tax liabilities
