Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a market leading global Biotech organisation on their search for a VP of R&D to be part of the leadership team.
VP of R&D - Responsibilities:
Align R&D activities with company goals and policies, following corporate development guidelines
Lead, train, and develop the team to deploy development methodologies and enhance manufacturing processes' performance and robustness
Ensure the transferability of processes to in-house and other production sites, meeting the expectations of recipient teams
Provide scientific and technical support for production issues, including problem analysis.
VP of R&D - Requirements:
Scientific expertise in oncology, immune oncology or immunology with a relevant PhD.
Deep scientific knowledge and working experience in Car-T cells and understanding of pre-clinical, clinical regulatory requirements.
Successful leadership experience in growing large teams.
