As a Bankruptcy Partner, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of lawyers who are masters of the distress playbook, representing clients in some of the largest and most significant bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal counsel and representation in bankruptcy cases, both in and out of court.
Develop and implement strategic plans to address financial challenges faced by clients, considering macroeconomic factors and company-specific issues.
Advocate for clients in litigation related to bankruptcy, handling complex disputes, and representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
Manage distressed M&A transactions, out-of-court restructurings, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
Offer industry-specific expertise across various sectors, including real estate, retail, technology, energy, and more.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Extensive experience in bankruptcy law, with a proven track record of success in representing clients in significant cases.
Strong understanding of insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy alternatives, and restructuring strategies.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
