Accounting Intern at Worthington Industries Inc in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

We are looking to host a motivated Accounting Intern at Tempel! This internship role is an exciting opportunity to execute routine accounting and analysis tasks

aiding with the daily posting of cash

data compilation

account analysis

compiling and sorting accounting paperwork for weekly imaging

and any other duties. This position will have exposure to roles including accounts receivable

accounts payable

and regular accounting.

This role is required to be onsite at our Chicago facility.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cash application for AR
• Compiling and sorting accounting back up paperwork for weekly imaging
• Compilation and analysis of key financial data
• Commercial billing for foreign shipments
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work a part-time schedule during school year

  and full-time schedule during summer break onsite at our Chicago facility

  
  
• Working toward bachelor's degree in accounting
• Proficient computer skills
