Accel Entertainment is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide slot machines, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. SUMMARY
The Field Marketing Manager works with the VP of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager, and the General Manager - Accel Entertainment ("GM") to create and execute a strategy to promote Accel products and services as well as to market to Accel customers, including gaming location owners and players. The position is responsible for implementing marketing activities that drive location profitability and increase player engagement while keeping everyone informed to make these changes a reality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Accel Data Analytics Group, VP of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager and the GM to understand what promotional and marketing efforts drive optimal play at Accel locations
Develop customized marketing plans for key strategic accounts
Constantly adjust and improve marketing strategies to drive location profitability and player engagement
Communicate with location owners and players to understand their feedback on the player experience, including marketing/promotions
Create a culture of accountability and performance in partnership with Relationship Manager, Business Development Managers and the General Manager Director of Operations to increase productivity and overall profitability
Work closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to continuously prioritize needs of projects, timelines, and deadlines based on customer needs and departmental capabilities
Responsible for training NE Operations team on marketing needs
Work with Parts Department to ensure all collateral, materials, and signage are readily available
Research and manage vendors on new product
Work with the Marketing Department to develop attractive, dynamic marketing materials and online content consistent with Accel's look and style
Write and develop creative content, including brochures, sales slicks, presentations, marketing plans, and promotions
Manage field communication to keep Sales team and other employees informed and knowledgeable about updates on standard inventory
Event planning and management
Continually research marketplace and industry to keep innovating
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of marketing management
Ability to travel within the state of Nebraska - most of time out in the field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Strong project management skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
Versatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate schedules between many parties
