We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in structural engineering to lead and innovate across a variety of market sectors. This role involves structural engineering design and consulting with a focus on diverse fields such as Water/Wastewater, Parks and Recreation, Municipal, Industrial, Commercial, Entertainment, and Forensics. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning, guiding, mentoring, overseeing, and reviewing the work as the Engineer of Record for staff and/or project-level designers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead structural engineering projects across various sectors.
Ensure high-quality design and consulting as the Engineer of Record.
Mentor and oversee the development of staff and project managers.
Manage internal project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
A minimum of 12 years of structural engineering experience.
Registered PE in Washington; SE registration is a plus but not required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Office Suite and Structural Engineering Software; experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable.
Demonstrated experience in managing teams and effective client interaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with public utility infrastructure is preferred.
