I am working with an exciting client who is looking to bring on an experienced NetSuite Administrator to help finalize their ongoing NetSuite implementation, and become their sole POC and systems expert!
Requirements:
Full functional and technical support for NetSuite end users.
Monitor system and provide technical solutions.
Assist with NetSuite implementation go-live and support.
Submit and complete ticketing requests.
Create training material and documentation for end-user development.
Onboard users and train on NetSuite.
Add new users, add fields, create new workflow rules, security profiles, roles.
Help develop innovative engagement methods to help ensure NetSuite "best practices"
Document customizations and enhancements made in NetSuite.
Help create, develop, and manage 3rd party Integrations to NetSuite.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members and clients.
