An industry leader in the consumer products industry is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CFO, which will include highly visible communications with the Board of Directors/Senior Leadership teams. The Executive Assistant position is a unique opportunity to help support the CFO with all aspects of the business and to be able to learn/grow along the way. This take-charge individual will organize all aspects of work/life including coordination of business meeting preparation, calendar management, travel coordination (domestic and international) and special events coordination. Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CFO:
Manage the activities of the CFO's heavy calendar /management of schedule, meeting coordination, and support of Board of Director activities
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage complex itineraries (domestic and international)
Prepare and manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports
Acts as project manager for special projects
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Provide personal support with calendar management, scheduling, and errands
All other projects and tasks as needed
Requirements of the Executive to the CFO:
Bachelor's degree Required
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in C-level executive support
Previous Private family experience is preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
