Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications, scheduling, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including international trips, visa processing, and accommodations, ensuring seamless logistics and timely adjustments as needed.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, inquiries, and meeting requests on behalf of the CEO, demonstrating exceptional judgment and discretion.
  • Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate with executive team members and department heads to facilitate effective communication and alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Provide administrative support during board meetings, conferences, and other corporate events, ensuring seamless execution and coordination.
  • Utilize previous experience in setting up new offices to assist in logistical planning, procurement, and coordination of office infrastructure and resources.
  • Provide support in house management tasks, including overseeing household staff, managing household budgets, and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, private sector environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Experience in global office moves and establishing new offices preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Professional demeanor, with a high level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
