Efficiently operate the store's office according to all policies and procedures.
Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Processing customer transactions.
Balance store closing and nightly paperwork.
Processing orders, sales and transfers of merchandise.
Handling incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries.
Evaluate and document condition of customers merchandise for repair.
Inspect merchandise and completed repair for quality control standards.
Knowledge of ASC operating system a plus.
Individuals must be able to multi-task and be detailed and number oriented. Teamwork and support for all areas of the store is a must.
