Job Description:

Accountable for program execution to meet scope, cost and timeline goals for line that addresses cutting edge applications with high growth and tight time-to-market expectations. Ensure successful delivery of large complex Semiconductor & Electronics Test Solutions with a clear plan to deliver on schedule, and optimize cost to stay within budget. Ensure successful execution of a portfolio of complex opportunities. Align internal R&D execution and partner delivery with customer needs and Business Unit's strategic objectives. Proactively anticipate, risk mitigate and minimize issues and customer escalations. Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Effectively communicate program/project status, tradeoffs, risks, and changes to stakeholders including, but not limited to, senior executive management. Partner with existing project teams and business leaders to accelerate project delivery. Mediate and influence technical discussions and drives timely key business trade off decisions. Improve & optimize cross organizational responsibilities and interlocks for opportunity pursuit across Systems R&D and customer facing organizations like Support & Services.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors' degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering plus 6 months of experience in project or program management.

Special Requirements: May telecommute. Must pass technical interview.
