Job Description:

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Configuration Engineer for North America (NAM) supporting our Secure Power Division. Location can be remote in the U.S. or Canada.

Configuration Engineer is responsible for the technical review and approval of Schneider Electric 3 Phase Power and Cooling products and associated equipment solutions for pre-sale quoting functions in support of Schneider Electric sales channels.

What will you do?

• Support and monitoring of the Schneider Electric product solution design and configuration tools daily operational functions,


• testing and review of new tool releases and attending review meetings with global teams.


• Technical design tool training of internal and external groups on 3 Phase Schneider Electric product lines.


• Support of Ancillary product and services / ETO quoting functions.


• Review and report issues with product design and documentation.


• Work with Technical Assistance Group for completion of ETO hardware ancillary quotes.

• Degree in Electrical studies or high technical aptitude with concentration in electrical systems / 3 Phase power.


• Knowledge / strong understanding of Schneider Electric 3 Phase product line offerings.


• Proficient in MS Window 10 and Office 365 - Excel, Word, etc.


• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro.


• Experience with using Data Base functions - forms, search functions, etc.


• Demonstration of strong customer service abilities.
