RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Investment Analyst in Newark, DE.

Summary:
The Managed Platform Services Associate within the MPS Team will support the cross line of business eco-system for Managed Accounts. This is a highly visible role that requires quick thinking, attention to detail, and thoughtful risk mitigation at all times. This is a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a continuous improvement mindset by participating in the manual process inventory reduction goals of the team.

Key activities will include:

• Support the user community in all aspects of the platform ranging from trading to day-to-day issues/support


• Managing data such as: reconciliation, data quality issues, golden source data


• Support daily inquiries, integrate content to assist management maintain KPI's


• Gather, analyze, synthesize, and interpret large data and information, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for process enhancements


• Assist management to identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls


• Ongoing procedure and process analysis to account for changes to the flow

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2-4 years of experience in the wealth management/asset management industry or in a supporting role


• Investment management expertise


• Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes


• Ability to manage multiple deadlines/deliverables

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
