This X-Ray Level III (Non-Destructive Testing) will be located in our Plants 1, 3 and 10 Whitehall Casting Operation. Key responsibilities for this position will be to execute and document process control checks. Creates, revises, reviews documentation and updates files. Inspects production parts, interacts with level II inspectors regarding production disposition. Audits Level II inspections. Provides input on NDT Technician performance reviews. Communicates with Engineering regarding production problems. Reviews rework and scrap parts. Interacts with customers and engineering personnel to review existing, develop new or improved processes as required. Participates in facility audits (NADCAP, ISO, internal). Maintains qualification of production equipment.
