Job Description:

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a cold-storage construction and maintenance company to find them a Bookkeeper. This is a well-established company, in business for over 30 years, that is poised to continue to grow.



Job Summary

• Data entry and invoice reconciliation


• Reconciling credit card transactions


• 3-way-matching and 2-way-matching invoices


• Issuing payments twice a month


• Sending and accepting customer statements


• Following up on past due invoices and some b2b collections

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeper type role handling AP/AR duties


• Experience with an ERP system


• 100% onsite position


• Able to select between 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm schedules


• The target pay for this role is $25 per hour
