Experience: 8-12 years
Rate:- $45-$50/ hour on W2
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong project management/Strong business analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Well-versed in Confluence and JIRA
- Understands technology and is experienced in leading technology teams
- Able to understand the business need, understand the technology design, and help engineers understand the requirements
- Knows enough about the details to help and guide developers and answer questions about requirements
- Experienced and knowledgeable in data and using SQL
- Good attitude to help the team and pitch in as needed in different areas
- Extremely organized and humble, good at listening and following directions from management
- Understands and is experienced in working in Agile Scrum, leading, and helping the team in following that methodology.
