Compensation: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00/year plus $60k annual potential bonus
Responsibilities of the General Manager Partner
Responsible for hiring, controlling beverage and labor cost
Responsible for maintaining health department regulations, training, and employee development.
Train and manage kitchen, and Dining Room Team members
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements of the General Manager Partner
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Minimum 5 years experience in fine-dining/upscale casual restaurant
Must have strong profit and loss operational knowledge
Proven track record in full-service high-volume operation
A desire for challenge and a talent for building high-performance teams
A track record of stability in previous employment
