Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager of Analytics and Compensation to join their team in Chicago, IL. This role will play a critical role in managing performance management and compensation cycles, as well as reporting on key analytics across the organization. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on diversity analytics, engagement survey analytics, performance management ranking and ratings analytics, and more. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PeopleSoft, Excel, and Tableau, with extensive experience in compensation strategy and performance management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage performance management and compensation cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track and analyze key HR metrics, including diversity analytics, engagement survey analytics, and performance management data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between compensation strategies and business objectives.
  • Lead compensation related projects, such as salary benchmarking, incentive plan design, and pay equity analysis.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation related matters, providing guidance and support to HR business partners, managers, and employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to compensation and performance management.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in human resources, accounting, or actuarial roles, with a focus on compensation strategy and/or performance management.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft, advanced Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables), and Tableau.
  • Professional services or law firm industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
