Material Handler

Reports To: Shipping Supervisor or Designee
Location: Chino, CA

Job Summary

The Material Handler will be the primary person in assembly, assisting with inspection activities as needed.
With a focus on quality, safety, and cleanliness, the material handler is also involved in inventory accuracy as part of the integration into a new warehouse management system.

Primary Responsibilities:

Must be good with numbers and able to work with several part numbers at the same time
Counting and verification of quantities
Match paperwork to material at different locations
Forklift experience, or able to learn within first 90 days
Position requires some lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
Must be on time every day
Abides by all established organizational policies, rules, and regulations
Performs other related duties as assigned
Experience:
1-3 years warehouse, distribution or manufacturing setting
RF Scanner
Pallet Jack
Forklift experience preferred but not necessary
Epicore experience preferred but not necessary
Skills/Requirements:
Detail-oriented
Strong work ethic
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not necessary
Ability to troubleshoot
Organized
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
