Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

Retrieve finished goods to be shipped from the assembly area and ship using proper systems and transactions. Receive materials and place them into inventory using proper systems and transactions. Transacting material movement into Epicor to ensure inventory accuracy. Must be able to operate material handling equipment. Operate Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts. Other related duties and projects as assigned. Loading and Unloading Semi Trailers.

Physical Requirements
Employees are required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day. Employee required to climb step stools/small ladders. Workers are required to lift packages up to 50 pounds. Work may require bending or stooping. Standing/Walking 8+ hours per day.
Knowledge
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Operation of material handling equipment (6 months 1 year).Understanding the importance of accurate inventory transactions.
Working with other departments leads to achieving goals. 1-3 months related work experience
Skills
Previously trained, or able to be trained in the operation of material handling equipment.
Maintain quality service on all transactions and follow organizational standards. Ability to use or be trained in the use of RF scanner and tablets.
Knowledge of product movement in and out of a warehouse.
Knowledge and ability to use ERP systems such as Epicor. Basic Computer Skills, i.e. data entry, general knowledge. Able to work independently and as a member of a team. Operate basic hand tools, i.e. air drivers, wrenches etc. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Knowledge of basic mathematical skills. Good work ethic.
