Holman is currently accepting applications for the of Manager - Sales Training.



Principal Purpose of Position:



  • Conducting training for our District Managers both in the field and group trainings.

  • Support the onboarding training for District Sales managers

  • Travel to support regional meetings for both internal training and in person prospect and client meetings across North America

  • Develop strong relationships with Fleet and Mobility sales leaders and team members to best support the development of the team.

  • Expert knowledge of sales messaging, sales journey process, along with pricing and negotiation skills that will enhance our sales team skill set.

  • Develop and implement training strategy to drive year over year growth and development of sales team.

  • Develop/create training material for Sales new hires.

  • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness to identify areas of opportunity, improvement, or additional impact.

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.




Education and/or Training:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)




Relevant Work Experience:



  • 5+ years of sales experience in running a sales territory either as a direct seller or sales leader.

  • Previous Sales training experience preferred.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments, and/or function(s) across other disciplines.




Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:



  • Works to deploy training strategies for the entire sales organization working closely with sales leadership.

  • Deep knowledge of the sales journey process and messaging, enhancing, and evolving the journey as needed.

  • Contributes to the development of vision and strategy.

  • Works with other leaders to develop a common departmental vision or strategy around training.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    • Prioritizes projects and resources to align with strategic goals.



  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  • Adjusts quickly to new or changing work environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay:



We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $97,450.00 - $141,300.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
