Job Description:

Your role involves various tasks related to high-end equipment operation, maintenance, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Follow Ricoh Service Excellence standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform copy and mail center services, conference room management, fleet management, and support services.
• Prepare, inspect, compile, and assemble projects accurately and on time.
• Maintain equipment and achieve Time Productive statistics.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring optimal machine performance.
• Present a professional appearance and maintain a clean working area.
• Manage inventories of equipment parts and order as needed.
• Complete technical training on new equipment and perform repairs as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience; 5 years preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Professional demeanor and adherence to company standards.
• Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus.
