The Shrine of the Grotto of Redemption in West Bend, IA is seeking Director of Operations.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: *Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies, advertising, fundraising, and promotional activities of the organization *Efficiently operate a quality retail sales operation.
REQUIREMENTS *Bachelor's degree in marketing or in a related field or equivalent work experience. *Ability to initiate projects, events, and to work independently or as part of a team. *Must have strong written, verbal and negotiation skills, including the ability to deal tactfully with the public and to handle confidential information. *Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. *Must be proficient in the use of computers including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. *Must have a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, track projects and organize multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail. *Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. One weekend a month is requird during May-October.
