JOB SUMMARY
The Contracts Manager will help to negotiate contract terms and conditions in the supply chain and sales. This role will also be an internal resource for maintaining and updating the existing contracts to support program management and supply chain departments. Responsible for supporting contracts activities and overall sales process by interacting and coordinating with customers, Boeing Global Service (BGS), Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) and BGS Contracts to prioritize and address opportunities.

Develops and manages Terms and Conditions documents, making updates and changes as applicable, partnering with BGS Contracts and Legal.
Review the current internal business decisions and compare them to the newly awarded programs' terms to make suggestions.
Partners with other departments (Finance, Programs, Supply Chain, Planning, Program Management, and Engineering) to identify where the business decisions need to be determined and negotiate terms and conditions with customers and suppliers.
Assists program management and new business development team with obtaining new contracts, maintaining relationships, and negotiating.
Partners with program management team on customer changes for technical scope, schedule changes and commercial impacts.
Work with internal teams to capture business inputs to reflect in the contract(s) at the time of negotiation.
Maintains a safe, secure and legal work environment, adhering to all state and federal regulations, Company policies and procedures.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains and protects the confidentiality of the Company's information and products.
Manages all proposals and contracts through the document control system
Performs other duties and projects as assigned or requested.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS - Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
A four-year college degree (Bachelor's degree) is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of direct experience as a Contracts Management role or related field required. Strong preference with both customer and supplier facing responsibilities.
Experience working with aircraft interior and cabin products is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Business acumen, communication proficiency, customer/client focus, presentation skills, problem solving/analysis, technical capacity.
