Job Responsibilities: Data Analyst

Collaboration:
Work closely with customers, vendors, business analysts, and development teams.
Resolve information flow and content-related issues.
Data Integrity and Compliance:
Ensure data integrity by performing data profiling and validations.
Comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Requirements Gathering:
Facilitate meetings with clients to understand their needs and document requirements.
Explore potential solutions based on client input.
Reporting and Pattern Detection:
Gather data and reporting requirements.
Detect patterns and summarize findings through simple reports.
Collaborate with development teams to address any issues.
Business Process Documentation:
Analyze and document clients' business requirements and processes.
Construct conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with work teams, departments, system leadership, staff, and other IT groups.
Define needs and facilitate solutions.
System Development and Testing:
Provide input into system development and modifications.
Create test scenarios and plans to verify client requirements.
Assist in analyzing testing results.
Support and Escalation:
Coordinate business analyst tasks on IT projects and problem tickets.
Provide second-level escalation response for client issues.
Perform root cause analysis and application resolution.
