Job Description:
Location: Lebanon, IN
Salary: Depends on Experience
Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Lebanon IN area to find off shift managers for their team! These roles are on 2nd and 3rd shift, oversee production operations, and all team members on the off shifts.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversees production lines to make sure products meet all specifications and numbers / targets are meeting objectives
- Directly manage production team leads and all hourly associates
- Indirectly oversee shift maintenance, quality, and warehouse
- Maintains a safe work environment for all employees
- Participates in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Manage employee staffing and labor on off-shift
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3+ years of manufacturing supervisor experience
- Previous experience working on the off-shift preferred
- Experience in food, packaging, automotive, metals, pharma, and plastics manufacturing preferred
