At Essity: This Is What We Do
Essity Health and Medical solutions is currently seeking a Training Specialist for our distribution operation in Conover, NC.
This role will support the site by working with the site leaders in order to build capabilities within the site by facilitation of technical training and continuous improvement activities.

Is a role model for safety;
Coordination, leading, development and implementation of technical training for the site based upon capability needs, project implementations, machine upgrades, manufacturing excellence enablers and other items as needed;
Support site leaders with developing and facilitation of technical training needed in order to increase skills and knowledge for accessed gap areas within the site;
Maintain technical training hours for each employee;
Coordinate classroom and OJT training for all technicians;
Provide vendor training as appropriate;
Maintain current training systems which include but are not limited to Rubik, LMS, Sharepoint, etc.;
Lead and develop technical coaches with training implementations for technicians;
Subject matter expert for training database;
Develop and maintain training documents for training and audit purposes;
Any other duties as assigned by site manager.
Who You Are
Degree in related field preferred but not required;
Minimum 5 years manufacturing or distribution experience;
Previous training experience in negotiation, persuasion, coaching, and influencing others strongly preferred;
Must have strong systems experience (Microsoft Office and training database systems)
