We are presently looking for a Global Customer & Market Insights Lead
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible and accountable for leading the organizational knowledge building and actionable insights generation for behavioral health and addiction categories. Serve as the custodian of company expertise for current and future portfolio. Oversee all primary and secondary quantitative and qualitative market research initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions, design research studies, and analyze data to provide insights that address strategic business needs and validate key assumptions. Provide through understanding of patients, HCPs, payers and organizations, their needs, behaviors, and preferences, along with market trends, competitive landscape and other relevant areas and use this knowledge to inform product development and long-term strategies. Lead the integration of disparate pieces of information to create robust market understanding strategies and be the primary source of knowledge. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (including the Executive Committee and Commercial and R&D functions) across the organization to ensure that best in class insights are integrated into decision-making processes. Have budgetary authority over a substantial annual budget and supervise several vendor relationships to ensure that research is conducted efficiently and effectively. Utilize multiple data sources to inform and guide the long-term strategies based on insights. Sizing of future opportunities (new segments, markets and categories), including the building of quantitative and segmentation models. Ensure harmonized operational approach and compliance with local and regional regulatory requirements. Travel domestically and internationally a minimum of 6 times per year for up to 1 week per trip. May work from home up to 2 days per week. Tools used: Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Veeva and Salesforce.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent degree accepted) in Business Analytics or a related field plus 15 years of market research and/or business analytics experience (would also accept 1 year of such experience in lieu of each missing year of bachelor's degree-level education). This must include at least minimum of 8 years of experience in/with: behavioral healthcare and addiction, multiple geographies and client-side roles; primary market research, utilizing sales data and developing models and strategies; building and managing high performing teams; and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Must include at least 5 years of experience in agent-side roles. Travel domestically and internationally a minimum of 6 times per year for up to 1 week per trip. May work from home up to 2 days per week. A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $180,378 - $211,019.30/year ; M-F, 40 hours/week.
