Job Description:

NVIDIA is seeking an Senior Account Manager, Healthcare experienced in leading enterprise accounts within the healthcare space. As a Senior Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic organization and provide customers with an exceptional sales experience. We are looking for a highly motivated and accomplished sales professional who is dedicated to delivering value to customers and recognizes the transformative potential of AI in healthcare. Your role will be instrumental in driving business growth for NVIDIA.

What you'll be doing:


  • Serve as the key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of customers in the healthcare medical instruments industry segment.


  • Foster strategic relationships with key accounts, supporting market share expansion and product footprint.


  • Experience and understanding of Healthcare & MedTech industry.


  • Understand and effectively communicate NVIDIA's value proposition, key features, product messages, and positioning.


  • Take ownership of strategy creation and implementation, forecasting, sales account management, training, and education for your customers.


  • Establish relationships with key executives to gain endorsement of NVIDIA solutions and drive adoption by their developer teams.


  • Collaborate closely with partners, OEMs, and the ISV ecosystem to develop and implement go-to-market plans for accelerated growth and adoption of enterprise solutions.


  • Contribute to the long-term success of our team by being a collaborative leader among your peers and continuously striving for improvement.


  • Engage appropriate NVIDIA resources as part of a virtual sales team.


  • Travel as needed to meet customer requirements.



What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


  • Minimum of 12 years of experience selling solutions to senior executives at named accounts.


  • Strong passion for achieving results in a dynamic sales and technology environment.


  • Consistent track record of leading significant revenue and exceeding targets to meet stretch goals.


  • Proven ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal), and influence cross-functionally.



Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Understanding of data science workflows, modern machine learning, and AI trends.


  • Strong interest in learning new technologies and effectively conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders.


  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutions.


  • Specific experience and relationships within the healthcare industry.


  • Proven ability to build and lead in a matrix-managed team culture.

The cash compensation range is 220,000 USD - 345,000 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
