Investor Relations Operations Associate to $80K! - Project Oriented Role in Private Equity Firm!



This is an excellent opportunity to join a very established private equity firm in a coordinator role that is very project oriented! As Investor Relations Operations Associate, you will oversee broad data management tasks, assist with materials preparation, oversee fundraising records, provide project management support, manage sales pipeline, assist with forecasting overall demand and manage the allocation process, and special projects and tasks as needed. To qualify, you will be a strong team player with an entrepreneurial disposition, 2+ years of experience in a client facing role, have strong interpersonal skills, be a self-starter with strong project management and follow-through skills, be detail-oriented, discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information, and have experience working in Excel and PowerPoint.
