As a part of the Churn & Retention team, the Marketing Coordinator will drive and execute impactful programming to re-engage lapsed PayPal users at scale by: •Delivering against program targets for Net New Active users and Churn Saves through always-on incentive programming and continued test & learn experimentation •Supporting and executing backlog (learning agenda) of Growth experiments to re-engage churned users with tailored, impactful programming •Engaging agile team inclusive of dedicated resources across Marketing Operations, Analytics & Creative to launch programming across both owned and paid channels •Working cross-functionally with Brand, Legal, Risk, Product, & other segment marketing teams to bring key initiatives to life

Primary Job Responsibilities
Planning & Strategy
Act as active stakeholder on ideation, strategy and creation of theChurn experimentationroadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute new marketing initiatives designed to meet KPI goals. Partnersinclude:Local/International Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product, Web, Legal, Analytics, etc
Help drive Backlog prioritization working with growth analytics to size / model highest potentialideas
Write the Experiment brief and testing plan ensuring reliable tracking / instrumentation across funnel
Develop optimal experiment vetting idea and against end-to-end customer experience
Coordinates end-to-end implementation inclusive of legal and other reviews, and ensure thorough A/B testing agenda is built into eachexperiment
Actively monitor and seek learning immediately post launch to improve results in-flight
Work with agency partners to design high-performing creative marketing assets (predominately owned channels-emails, onsite banners,landing pages, app notifications, triggers)
Learnings & Analytics
Quantify business impact of marketing campaigns and share results with stakeholders on a regularcadence
Ensure that comprehensive analytics tracking, testing, and continuous improvement are incorporated throughout everyproject
Manage and report on ongoing budget spend for agency costs and incentivepayouts
Drive rigorous learning and insights post launch. Audit every aspect of the experiment - funnel, audience, messaging, etc.Seekto innovateand scale what has been proven as fast as possible to achieve maximumimpact
Growth / Agile Discipline

Work closely with agile squad members to execute global marketing projects/campaigns

2+ years of experience as data-driven performance marketer operating acrossdirect response paid and owned channels at scale
