Front Desk Receptionist (must live in MN) at Roth Staffing Companies in White Bear Lake, Minnesota

Job Description:

We have a full-time opening for a Front Desk Receptionist!


Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm


Location: White Bear Lake (in-office)


Pay: $20-23/hour



Job Duties:

• Greet visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner


• Direct customers to the correct department


• Welcome customers upon arrival, answers their questions and direct them to the appropriate staff members


• Answer incoming calls, takes messages and transfer callers to the appropriate staff members


• Provide general administrative support to the sales, service and administration departments


• Maintain awareness of where team members are and keep accurate records of staff whereabouts and availability


• Operate the telephone switchboard, including using the overhead paging system


• Address complaints from customers and direct them to the proper manager for resolution


• Perform administrative tasks such as sorting files, preparing documents for mailing, and using computers to work with company records

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Proficient with Microsoft Office


• Strong attention to detail


• Cheerful, friendly personality with 6 months of related experience preferred.
